From the date of delivery, you will have 14 days to check all purchased products. Any missing or damaged please report during 30 days. otherwise, HFS will not be held responsible. 

Please note, that policies regarding purchases, sales, and returns may vary between locations as well as platforms.

For Online orders: If you decide you no longer want your item, we make it easy to request a return, send it back, and get a refund not more than 30days. As long as your return matches the requirements below, simply contact our support team to return your order. Please note return shipping is not provided, and original shipping fees cannot be refunded.

For all other purchases: Policies can be found by referring to the paid invoice or by contacting the seller direct.

Have proof of purchase, such as your order number. 

  • Items must be in new/un-used condition, including all parts and original packaging.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of placing the order
  • Return After 14 days, restock fee will apply.
  • Solvents, Gas or chemical cannot be returned for any reason
  • Glassware cannot be returned for any reason
  • Customized items cannot be returned.

The Fine Print

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. As long as the item meets the requirements then we'll issue a full refund back to the payment method you used to purchase.
Return shipping costs are not covered by HFS, and any initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. If you send back an item this is missing parts, has been used, or has been damaged we may only refund part of your transaction. Be sure to put your return in a good box with plenty of packaging so that it arrives to us safely!

Return shipping is not covered, but we can help by offering a label at our discounted rates provided by USPS and UPS. If you use one of our labels the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it's important to have a tracking number as proof.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, or an item that has been damaged in shipping please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. If the order was sent signature required and is found broken DO NOT SIGN for the package, ask the carrier to make a note it was damaged in transport.
