1. Remove the WHITE PTFE RING parts , which is the part connect with Rotatory ball, slowly pull it out
2. Remove the broken glass tube from top and clean all broken pieces inside
3. put the WHITE PTFE RING back by push from bottom back to position
4. put very little of lubricating oil or GREASE around the GLASS TUBE,to make it easy to push in next step.
5. push the small end of GLASS TUBE from top into, and go through the WHITE PTFE RING, smoothly rotate and push until it goes into the position.
6. DO NOT Pounch or hammer any parts
