It is the suitable and ideal instrument for pharmacy, chemistry and scientific research institutions.  It is rotating with electric governor, so as let the flask rotate at the desired constant-speed.  It forms membrane under the negative pressure and constant-temperature heating with rotating, vaporizing efficiently, then receives menstruum in the receiving flask by condenser.
